Sugar Cookie Mix

Julie's Best Sugar Cookie Mix

(without cookie cutters)

Preparation instructions - items needed:

3/4 cup softened unsalted butter

2 eggs

1/2 tsp vanilla    

Fold together ingredients from package with wet ingredients above.  If blending with a mixer, consider finishing by blending with your hand.  Refrigerate mix for one hour.  Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness to cut shapes.  Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Place on ungreased baking sheet.  Bake for 8 minutes.  Consider adding sprinkles or frosting.
