Group Contact Information

There have been some questions about the group contact rate.  This is a reminder to group contacts who would like to receive the group contact discounted rate.  Your retreat rate will be $85, plus $30 if you decide to arrive night before.

To receive this rate you must:

Collect payments from everyone in your group.

Make one deposit payment three months in advance of your stay.

Make one final payment one month in advance of your stay.

Meet the minumum number for your building, which is:

CP1 -- 10

CP2 -- 20

CP3 -- 10

CPRC 24 room -- 20

CPRC 16 room -- 12

Suites are not eligible for a group contact discount.
