Hi Retreat Friends!  Just a few reminders about cancellations:

If you cancel your retreat more than 30 days in advance, we will issue you a full credit, minus a $20 processing fee.

If you cancel under 30 days, we will forward your payment for up to 18 months for you to use at a later time.  You can also transfer this payment to a friend, who then pays you. You can forward this payment just once.  If you need to cancel a second time, then no credit.

If you have a credit, remember to still call us to register, so we can put your name on the paperwork for the right group, and contact your group leader to let them know too!
