Creative Passions 3 opened in 2015 and is located at 504 W. Broad St. This Victorian house is known as "The Peet House" and was built in 1903. This charming location accommodates up to 12 ladies. On the main floor you will find one handicap accessible bedroom with two beds, a full handicap accessible bathroom, the kitchen, dining room, and work area. On the second level is a full bath, half bath, and four bedrooms that have three beds each. On the third level you will find the pedicure and massage area. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hair dryers in the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with bake ware, cookware, crockpot, blender, toaster, hand mixer, plates, utensils, glasses, coffee maker, Keurig (you supply pods), and paper products. A continental breakfast is provided each morning of your stay which includes coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, orange juice, assorted yogurts, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, cream cheese, margarine, and jelly. There is a TV with DVD player in the work area and WiFi throughout the building. With a ramp into the building and all work areas on the main floor, you can easily wheel in all of your supplies and maneuver around the handicap-accessible facility.
There are 12 stations with five feet of work area per person. Each station is provided with a comfortable chair, table light, drink holder and trash container.
Outside there is a patio table and chairs, and a gas grill for your use.
For our quilters, two ironing boards are set up for your use. One table is set up for cutting. Please bring your own irons, cutting mats, rulers and rotary cutters.
